Retreats are a remarkable opportunity for self-discovery, connection, rest, healing, enjoyment and nourishment. Often times, they portray a pause from regular obligations and the various roles we adopt in life, presenting us with the ideal atmosphere to connect with yourself and others beyond these responsibilities.
Retreats offer a precious window to enjoy the pleasures of life that sometimes are forgotten in cotidianity. People come on a retreat for a variety of reasons and motivators, they are all valid and we welcome them if you are willing to commit to our propositions.
The retreat invites the cultivation and application of valuable practises that encourage each individual to dive into intimate self-study whilst symoultaneously interacting with others. We include meditation, yoga, breathing, journaling, dancing, a suggestion of selected recreational activities mainly performed outdoors, surrounded by nature (such as climbing, hiking, participation in projects that support ecological purposes, swimming and others). We require active engagement from the participants during group gatherings, recreational activities are optative. Investing time in solitude is something we encourage as well as spending moments at rest as this would amplify the effects of the experience.

Are you seeking for a tailored made or Private Retreat?
We can host Team Building experiences for businesses or private groups of friends and/or families. We require a minimum 5 participants up to 20, please inquiry with a clear intention and ideal dates for your retreat and we will provide a tailored made programme that includes a location proposition, availability and costs.
